Re4r Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms carefully before using re4r's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and re4r ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of re4r's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms set out herein.
If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to discontinue use of the re4r platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use re4r's services.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this service is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
- Re4r reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate any user's account at its sole discretion.
2. Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of re4r's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. re4r shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

- Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
- Re4r reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes.
- The account verification process may require valid proof of identity documents.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Re4r users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of re4r's systems.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the services.
- Engaging in any activity intended to manipulate or falsify game outcomes.
- Using another person's account or creating an account on someone else's behalf without authorisation.
- Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity through this platform.
Re4r reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these Terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the re4r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and bank transfers. Deposits will be credited to your account once successful confirmation is received from the payment provider.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the caps set by your chosen payment method.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the re4r account holder.
- Re4r reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
- Re4r is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Transactions suspected of being unlawful will be suspended pending investigation.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Re4r makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of this platform at any time. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, re4r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including losses resulting from service interruptions or technical failures.
Account Suspension & Closure
Re4r reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account with or without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform. In such cases, any legitimate balance in the account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to verification and applicable conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the re4r platform are the exclusive property of re4r or our licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or exploiting any part of this platform without prior written consent from re4r.
Third-Party Links
The re4r platform may contain links or references to third-party services. re4r is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Users access such links at their own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
Re4r reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the re4r platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the re4r platform shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
